Now that you’re pregnant, healthy eating is more important than ever. Greens and lots of water are some top choices. Is it hard for you to get started on how to create some delicious recipes? Well, here are a couple of my favorite recipes that I enjoyed years ago when I was pregnant with my son and still do. It’s loaded with lots of greens (kale & baby lettuce), avocado, cucumbers, shredded broccoli & carrots, grated cheese, olive oil and croutons too; some of the ingredients are organic if you prefer that choice. Also, remember to add some grilled chicken breast or salmon for extra protein, take your prenatal vitamins, and drink lots of water throughout the day.
